Objectives and expected results

With the implementation of this investment, the Beneficiary Entity intends to create 7 tourist accommodation units in Solar de Vale Prazeres.In addition to the provision of accommodation, it is intended with an offer of complementary activities, to achieve the proposed objectives.

To wit:

WELLNESS;

CULTURAL DYNAMISATION;

FARMING;

TOURS AND WALKS;

DEDICATED EXPERIENCES.

With the implementation of this investment, visitors will be able to enjoy an accommodation with high historical/architectural value, participate in a set of original services and activities associated with the experience of a farm, located in Beira Baixa.

It will thus be possible to achieve and fulfil the proposed objectives, namely:

Diversification of the agricultural activity;

Enhancing the architectural and cultural heritage existing in the area;

To enable experiences of close contact with Nature;

Promotion of the region at a national and international level;

Dynamization of local commerce, through the organization of thematic events, which will enable visitors/tourists to obtain a deeper knowledge of the region and its excellent regional products.
